WHY USE SUBSCRIBER CENTER
The Subscriber Center allows our customers to consult invoices and contracts, print notes and reports and perform network speed tests. It is a tool that gives autonomy to the user and optimizes processes, in addition to improving the relationship between company and customer.
FUNCTIONALITY
To use the Subscriber Center, the customer must enter his CPF. After logging in, all the App's features are available.
● Payment of invoices by credit card or bank slip. The invoice can be sent by email or SMS.
● Contract printing and signing.
● Print notes and reports.
● Internet speed test.

IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTIONS
By using the Subscriber Center, customers can open tickets and follow the progress of the request. The request is received by the IXC Provider, on the support > service tab, and you can interact with your customer.
