The AtendSmarband o application and the web service platform constitute a situation room with the function of supporting municipal management in monitoring cases in isolation at home in a more effective and dynamic way. With health professionals at the rear, interactive chat for quick communication between the patient and the health professional, the tool allows georeferencing, mapping and classifying each case, allowing action plans to be aligned with the epidemiological reality of the pandemic and the needs of each individual.
The patient will answer simple questions about his health status daily. If there is any response that refers to warning signs, it will be signaled to the rear team, allowing it to contact the patient by phone and trigger more efficient actions within the citizens' needs, seeking to assist the citizen in the decision making of seek or not a health service.
