The Omni Recover is a directed application to the external conductor of the Omni Agent, in order to facilitate the performance of daily tasks.
The external collector will take your smartphone to respect the demands of the day (LOCATION and CHARGE), the updated information in real time on the client and the contract, the list of pending and completed reports, and can draw the best script, upload photos and fill visit reports.
All of these features may be completed off-line, without the use of the data packet. Once the external collector is connected, the business report will be finalized and sent to the agent.
