The Kondo App is a platform for the management of condominiums: connecting residents, trustees, administrators! Simple, easy and intuitive.
The Kondo App can be used by Administrators, Liquidators, Residents and has several resources, among the main ones:
• NOTICES: Notices sent by landlords, residents will receive real-time notifications on the Kondo App. No more papers stuck to the elevator or informal WhatsApp groups.
• RESERVATIONS: Residents make reservations for common spaces (barbecue grills, party room ...) through the Kondo App. No more calling the concierge or supervisor to check the space agenda.
• INVOICES: Receive the condominium fee through the app.
