CREF4SP – Cédula Digital

Application that allows professionals and Physical Education establishments in the State of São Paulo to access their Professional Identity Card or Legal Entity Registration Certificate in digital format with just a few clicks.


1. IMPORTANT:

- To make use of the App, the professional or legal entity needs to apply for registration or renewal/re-registration through CREFDIGITAL (https://e-servico.crefsp.gov.br/)

- When your request is validated by CREF4/SP, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing the App so that you can install it on your Smartphone.

- Without performing the registration or update request, you will not have access to the code necessary to use the application.


2. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP:

- Consult data of the professional or establishment;
- Share the Digital Professional Identity Card or the Digital Legal Entity Registration Certificate by WhatsApp, Email etc;
- Authenticate the Digital Professional Identity Card or the Digital Legal Entity Registration Certificate through a QR Code.
