Treino GMF Sesc is a Sesc SP application that will provide an even more complete training experience for students regularly enrolled in the Multifunctional Gymnastics Program.
At this moment, the application will only be available to students regularly enrolled in the Units 24 de Maio, Avenida Paulista, Belenzinho, Bom Retiro, Consolação, Guarulhos, Ipiranga, Pinheiros, Pompéia, Santana, Santo Amaro and Vila Mariana.
With it, students will be able to:
- Access a fully personalized training, prepared by the educator who accompanies you in the GMF room, prescribed according to your goals and your current physical condition;
- View each exercise through videos made by Sesc educators, enabling greater safety and efficiency at the time of training;
- Confirm that they performed the training scheduled for the day;
- Follow the schedule of group classes of the Units;
- Access information about the GMF rooms of the participating Units (size, available equipment, address, opening hours and other services);
- Receive messages with information about the course and guidelines for adjusting your training.
To register in the application and start using it, students need to go to the GMF Room of the Unit where they are registered and request access to one of the educators. (the) gifts. After this registration, students will be able to download the app from the Play Store or Apple Store and access it through an individual password to be created by each user.
The application will only be available to active students, who have their registration, payment and documentation up to date. Students excluded from the course, whether due to absence, expiration of mandatory documentation (certificate or PAR-Q), non-payment of tuition or withdrawal, will lose access to the application.
