Muito ruim, renovaram meu plano sem me avisar antes, apesar de terem meu telefone e e-mail. Agem de mal fé. NÃO CAIAM NESSE GOLPE. Eles alegam que agem com transparência, mas que transparência é essa que não podem mandar um email avisando que o plano será renovado automaticamente. Espero que esse comentário possa ajudar outras pessoas.

O app é cheio de problemas com teclado numérico no campos, o que dificulta o cadastro. Além disso não consegui marcar um agendamento, pois simplesmente depois de fazer o exame Bio, não aparece no app. E nem aparece nada sobre minha primeira consulta grátis que foi oferecido no dia... É preciso melhorar os teclado do app e informações. Além disso nem tudo precisa ser chatbot, é terrível a espera e UI/UX, podia ser formulário com campos.
