• Consult the Municipal Legislation by word, theme / classification, number, date period and status;
• Consultation of Propositions by word, number, presentation period and document status.
• Displays the complete processing of a specific proposal, listing the fields: sender, recipient, purpose of the processing, date of submission, deadline for reply, date of reply, result of the process, links to documents linked to the process, as well as a complement / comments;
• Consultation of session documents (Agenda and Minutes of the Agenda), showing the following information: session number, type of session, date and time of the meeting and observations, text of the same, and procedure.
• With direct link to the documents and files that compose it.
• Consult the Frequency of Aldermen, with the attendance, absences, justified absences, and licenses, showing the date / time, number and type of session.
• Poll Consultation showing the matters voted, type of vote, stage, quorum and result of the vote, totaling votes in favor, against, absent, abstention and the nominal vote of each councilor.
• Consult the list of acting councilors, showing the name, party, e-mail, telephone, links to proposals presented, frequency in sessions and nominal votes;
• Access also in other document formats, if available, such as pdf, html, docx and doc.
• Consult using the search and "Recent" screen. Do the research without filling in any of the fields (bringing the most recent result) or fill in the fields you want.
• Choose between Simple, Textual and Advanced Search.
• Use Textual Search, to search for the text available in the document subject or in its composition, using double quotes and / or connectors for a more comprehensive search:
• See some examples:
- slap + hole (containing both the words "slap" and "hole");
- change - partial (which contains "change" and does not contain "partial");
- "water tank" or "water box" (containing one of the two expressions);
- not to weigh (that does not contain the expression);
- "amend e (devices or rural)" (which contains the term "amend" and one of the two words "devices" or "rural");
• Use Advanced Search to search for the details that make up the document or "object" to be searched for. You can also search by period in which it was done (only available for some searches).
