Supervis makes the data acquisition process in industry easier and more efficient. Through the use of Ethernet network communication technology, the program enables robust communication between the computer and several checkweighers, connecting with any model of checkweigher developed by Máquinas Medianeira Ltda.
By sending the acquired data to the cloud, the information becomes accessible at any time via the Internet*.
Available information:
Accumulators: total production in weight, total production of useful packages, lower rejects and superior rejects in number of weighings;
Accumulated Production: displays the production record of each machine in graph form;
Production: total sum of the production of each machine;
Last Occurrences: displays the accumulated stoppage time associated with the last stoppage occurrences of the registered machines;
Equipment: displays the status of each machine, whether connected or disconnected from Supervis;
Leftovers, Trimmings and Reprocessing: displays leftover product, packaging loss and reprocessing due to any failures in the production process;
Operational Factor: indicates the total percentage of time that the machines worked in relation to the chosen time range.
More information can be found in the web browser version of Supervis.
