The QAP Release application was created by Sgt Clayton (1º BPM), developed and programmed by Victor Soares. It is an application aimed at the use of Military Police and aims to facilitate the making of "Releases" of arrests and police operations in a standardized, safe and easy for later sharing via Whatsapp and / or other social networks.
