About Storytelling: The Game

In an environment that simulates a messaging application, users have access to stories, information and dilemmas. As in real life, interacting with the characters found requires answering messages and giving opinions when necessary, in addition to other actions - which can be sending a text, a photo, a video or an audio. The answer at the right time - or the lack of it - determines the continuation of the experience or the stories.

Use cases include:

Narrative games: Some experiences are too critical to be told - they need to be lived. In narrative games, players are immersed in detailed scenarios that change according to their choices, being affected by their decisions and exposed to their consequences. The intimate relationship they build with other characters allows the exposure of everyday life, cultures and mental models different from their own, providing a transforming experience.

Training support: Studies show that, if not used, the content received in a training has a loss above 80%. Choices provides users with opportunities to reflect and apply this knowledge, impacting the transfer of learning. Over a given period of time, participants receive, in a conversational manner, activities that provide reflection on the content learned, allowing for better assimilation. Results demonstrate great impact on the transfer of learning.

Onboarding: The integration of new employees is one of the most critical and challenging rituals in an organization's culture. It shapes employee expectations throughout their life in the organization. Choices allows to offer the employee an experience in which the information is presented in pills, questions are presented that contribute to a better understanding.

Change Management: Using elements of Richard Thaler's Behavioral Economics, we give employees of an organization visibility to the small decisions that employees make in their daily lives, encouraging them to practice the most desired behaviors and highlighting the consequences of the unwanted.
