According to the project's creator, businessman Roberto Oliveira, the satellite city was chosen because of the young and select public, and also because it is surrounded by several neighboring cities such as Vicente Pires, Samambaia, etc. "I imagine that we will have a significant number of people attending our space. The entire project was the responsibility of Architect and Interior Design Marcos Dourado, who, according to him, in this project opened a research field based on the Western American, portrayed in the nineteenth century, mainly between the years 1860 to 1890 and the early twentieth century. , which demonstrates striking features in the architectural scene, such as: Wood, Iron, Glass, Gas lamps and Classic Furniture. "Through this inspiration we unite the last century to the present moment, bringing comfort and exclusivity to Vila Bar", says the architect.

"It will surely be the great milestone of this project, because we brought to Vila Bar materials that were not seen, such as reforestation wood, for example.
