ALÍVIO CORONAVIRUS is an educational game aimed at learning about the coronavirus and the disease it causes, Covid 19.
It is aimed at health professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses), patients diagnosed with the disease and the general population. Its dynamics are based on the answers (right or wrong) that the player gives when asked about the most diverse topics related to the coronavirus, and the disease it causes, Covid 19. Winning the game, then, depends on getting more than right err. The player can choose to play in the GENERAL section (for ADULTS) or in the FAMILY section (for CHILDREN).
At the starting point, the player is still hypothetically asymptomatic. Thereafter he follows a path of houses whose end of the line is Covid 19 in severe or severe degree. The coming and going of the player's icon along this path is governed, first, by his hits or errors when qualifying statements about pain as Right or Wrong; and second, through the discretion of a roulette wheel triggered after the player is informed of its outcome when answering each question. The points that the roulette wheel indicates determine whether the icon moves up or down on the route. It falls towards Covid 19 in severe or severe degree, and rises in the opposite direction, that of definitive cure.
Along the route, and depending on where the icon lands, there are also unforeseen events, that is, random factors that can delay or accelerate the player's movement along that path.
The game allows you to face a virtual competitor and only ends when the player definitely wins or loses. The general question bank is sufficiently robust, considering that scientific knowledge on the subject is still limited. The time of the game, depending on the chosen section, can vary approximately between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
