With the Housing App you can simulate financing, create your proposal, register the participants' data and documents and send the proposal to Caixa completely digitally. Monitoring of credit, document and property analyzes is carried out directly through the application. The service is available to account holders and non-account holders who wish to buy new or used residential property.

For those of you who already have housing financing, you can:

- Check open installments;
- Details of the provision;
- Issue a payment slip, and inhibit printed sending;
- Carry out a simulation for amortization and early settlement with own resources;
- Issue a bill for payment of the settlement or amortization of the contract;
- If you have already used your FGTS in the contract, you can make the next requests through the app! Options for amortization, payment of part of the installment and early settlement were made available;
- Issue statements;
- Change due date;
- Add or change debit account;
- Monitor information about your property under construction.
