The monitoring of credit, documents and property analysis is performed directly by the application. The service is available for account holders and non-account holders who wish to purchase new or used residential property.
For you who already have housing financing you can:
- Check open installments;
- Detail of the provision;
- Issue a payment slip, and inhibit the printed submission;
- Make simulation for amortization and early settlement with own resources;
- Issue a payment slip for payment of the settlement or amortization of the contract;
- If you have already used your FGTS in the contract, you can make the next requests through the application! The options for amortization, payment of part of the installment and early settlement were made available;
- Issue statements;
- Change expiration date;
- Add or change account for debit;
- Monitor information about your property under construction.
