- Suppliers: scheduling payments query
Regarding the sending of information to Ombudsman, app requests the following citizen data:
Category of the claim (asphalt, garbage collection, day care, culture among others), event description, type of claim (complaint, complaint, request, suggestion, etc.), event photo and personal data also send anonymously).
At the time of registration, the app collects your location through GPS and automatically records the address field, making it easier to fill out the form.
