The Management System of Agreements, Ordinances and Contracts of the State of Minas Gerais - SIGCON-MG was created by Decree No. 44.424, of December 21, 2006, with the purpose of monitoring, coordinating and controlling the instruments of a financial nature that allow the inflow and outflow of resources in the State Treasury.
