Not all Municipalities use the Call Center feature. That is, this functionality may not be available in the chosen Municipality.

In the Health Call Center application, citizens of each Municipality will be able to:

- Conduct a Self-Assessment and get an answer on Covid19;
- Monitor new cases of the chosen Municipality day by day;
- Monitor new cases from Brazil day by day;
- Answers to frequently asked questions;
NOTE: IF THE CITY USES THE TELE-SERVICE RESOURCE
- You can schedule a Teleconsultation;
- Perform the Teleconsultation directly by cell phone.
