The application is focused on denunciations referring to accessibility and urban mobility, considering that the population, whether technical or not, will have an agile and electronic mechanism to maintain contact with the Public Ministry of the State of Acre.

The denunciations may be made through the application, and images and information will be sent for subsequent opening of investigative procedures and surveys in the related Attorneys' Offices. The application will allow the user to follow up on your complaint and see the on-screen problem resolution. In addition, the device provides the user with contacts of Secretariats and related institutions, links to relevant legislation and checklist with important items to be considered in building and urban accessibility. Another strong point of the application is the possibility of the user to maintain contact with a technical professional (Architect or Engineer) of the Public Ministry of the State of Acre, in order to resolve doubts or questions about possible denunciations. It is worth mentioning that the application covers all the State of Acre, and the citizen, whether technically or not, can report it.
