The "App Pró Saúde" application was created so that the Physical Education Professional can decide with confidence on the immediate beginning of the practice of physical activity by the student / client; the beginning with restrictions; or not releasing to the beginning of the practice of physical activity without medical evaluation.
It brings together, in the hands of the Professional, the main protocols that will provide support for decision making.
With the creation and implementation of the AP application, the Regional Council of Physical Education of the 5th Region (CREF5 / CE) standardizes conduct and evaluation procedures, adapting to individual needs and limitations and combining health benefits.
The Council recognizes that legal provisions requiring a medical certificate as an essential condition for the practice of physical activities do not guarantee the intended safety for the beneficiary and do not exempt the Physical Education Professional from their responsibilities when prescribing and directing physical and sports activities.
