The NASF application network is being developed in a Master thesis of the Graduate Program in Public Health at the State University of Ceará (PPSAC / UECE) under the funding in order to assist the process of working with professionals of the Center for support for Family Health (NASF) of Fortaleza, facilitating support to primary health care within a networking perspectiva. This tool has a catalog of available services in municipal health network with which professionals can communicate to remedy demands of its users and to facilitate the continuation of therapeutic itineraries.
