With the purpose of simplifying and automating the verification of attendance at events, the application was developed to be an extension of the system that manages extension and culture activities (SIEC) at the Federal University of Goiás.
The activities registered in the system, require an attendance record of the participant in the event to count the attendance hours that will be registered in the certificate, generated and managed by SIEC, can count on this application. When registering the activities in SIEC, the event coordinator has the option to generate a code that will be read by the application, and thus this activity will be available within the period stipulated in the register, to check the presence of participants in the event. Each participant, when registering for the event, receives a badge that also
will contain its identifying two-dimensional code and when participating in the activity, the event coordination uses the device (mobile) with the SIEC Mobile application installed to check and record the attendance of this participant in the event.
