The own executing unit (UEx), in addition to making it possible to transfer resources from the Right Money in the School Program (PDDE), provides the conditions for strengthening collective participation in decisions about the use of public money earmarked for education and its social control . Given the importance of the UEx to consolidate the policy of direct educational funding for schools, this game aims to address some important aspects of its administration and organization in order to simulate its daily activities.
The main purpose of this game is to clarify doubts and guide school managers the correct way to conduct and carry out UEx activities assertively in the PDDE program, from its formation to its accountability.
The player will be the school manager who will act as the chair of the UEx leadership team. Your goals will be:
(1) Manage an UEx by administering the PDDE resource received by the School;
(2) Perform the phases of Registration, Planning, Budget Execution and Accountability present in a match (plan, receive, spend and account for the resource);
(3) Arrive at the end of the match with the positive satisfaction parameters and accumulate as many points as possible to reach the best position in the individual ranking and per school.
In the end, the player will know the stages of the process of (re) registration of a UEx, to know the main mechanisms of administration of a UEx, to identify the types of resources received through the program and how to use them, to define which improvements can be resources, to understand the process of realization of an improvement, from price research, quotation of proposals, definition of priorities and execution of tasks and to understand how the organization and management of the resources of the program are made so that the accountability is successfully.
