Multiprova Corretor is an application that allows the optical reading of answer cards filled in by students. The teacher logs in through SIGAA/UFRN, selects the test he wants to correct and reads cards in sequence, quickly. The students' answers are sent to Multiprova and the correction of multiple choice questions, association of columns and V or F is done automatically.
It is now possible to apply the Multiprova tests on paper! All the features of creating and managing questions and exams combined with the practicality of paper exams.
The standard answer card is made available by Multiprova along with the PDF of the exam in an A4 document with two copies of the card (A5 format). The teacher should print multiple copies of this document (each page generates two cards). When taking the test, the student informs the registration, the code of their test, and their answers. In the Multiprova Corretor application, the teacher takes a picture of the card and, through optical reading and processing by a neural network, the characters informed by the students are identified with great precision. In case of doubt, the application will consult the teacher to confirm the reading of the character.
Usage tips:
1) Students must use letters and numbers following the models indicated on the card. They should write with a pen, avoiding weak lines. Characters other than the templates, even if readable by a human, are unlikely to be read correctly by the application. Therefore, the guideline is to focus on filling.
2) When reading the cards, the teacher should look for adequate lighting conditions. It is possible to configure the degree of sharpness of the images, to adapt the reading to the characteristics of the teacher's cell phone camera.
