The climacteric causes important repercussions on women's health, among which the increased probability of developing the metabolic syndrome stands out. The IAV (Visceral Adiposity Index), CA (Abdominal Circumference) and the BRI (Body Roundness Index) are low-cost anthropometric measures that can be used
in the identification of climacteric women with a predisposition to develop the metabolic syndrome, thus enabling early intervention to prevent the onset or progression of chronic cardiovascular diseases.

This application aims to assist in the care of climacteric women, especially those assisted by the Family Health Strategy, through the calculation of IAV, CA and BRI by health professionals.
