The Freshman Fitness app features:
-Workout plans designed for beginners

This is the only fitness app specifically designed for beginners to get started in the gym (or at home) and build up the confidence to stick with their journey and achieve their fitness goals. It will include different workout split options and the option to do either at home or gym workouts. There will also be on demand workouts for each muscle group that switch out monthly.

Exceptional Content! I'm a former college athlete who has let life get in the way of my fitness. Now that my kids are in college I was looking for something to restart my fitness journey. I absolutely love the customized training. Ms. Robinson has really done her research on fitness. She doesn't regurgitate basic routines. She designs what works for YOU! I especially love the periodic challenges. They're doable but really push you to your limits; I guess that's why they're called challenges.
