The app is used by restaurant employees who are responsible for preparing the order and delivering it to the user via pickbox. The application will provide the restaurant administrator quick access to all restaurant orders via mobile phone. New orders will be received from customers via our client app.
The app allows you to:
1) accept the customer’s order
2) reject the customer’s order
3) open pickbox
4) change the pickbox status
5) change the order status
The restaurant employees can log in to the app if an account has been created in our system. To create an account and if you have some problems with the app, you can contact us directly at pppick.box@gmail.com
