The MyARTA Health Hub mobile experience gives you access to your benefits and health services from your device. Log in using your MyARTA email and password to access all of the same features you enjoy with the desktop experience on your mobile device. Using the MyARTA Health Hub app, primary plan members can:
- Easily submit claims directly from your phone or tablet.
- Find care providers quickly and easily.
- Access personalized and integrated health services.
- Access online therapy, well-being, and telemedicine services.
- Search for care providers by business type or name on the interactive map.
- See what benefits you have available and how much of your balances are left.
- Check your drug coverage by name or drug identification number.
- Check your eligibility and coverage for health services or items.
- View your previous claims and their status.

Using the MyARTA Health Hub app, spouses and dependant children can:
- Access online therapy, well-being, and telemedicine services.

Though I can log in on my desktop, when I use the same credentials in the app, it keeps telling me they are wrong. 😡 Once I submit a claim, there should be a message of acknowledgement that the process completed successfully. Nothing at all, except a blank page. This app needs work.

I'd give this app a zero if I was able to. Why my spouse is 'Primary' and her app is fully functional, and I am not even able to view claims, etc. speaks to a lack of planning and inefficiency on behalf of either ARTA, or the app designer, or both. Furthermore, when looking at my spouse's screen, our results are entirely different. Additionally, I have had ARTA coverage for several months, yet no claims show up on my app screen. I think this one needs a fair bit of work
