Clumsy UI, especially for payment/account entry. Seems like zero support for auto fill/auto entry. Thankfully I'll only need to do that once.

It's really annoying to have to register an account just to order a cup of coffee. You should absolutely have the option for somebody to just buy a cup of coffee with their name and phone number there's no need to have someone make an entire account just to do so.
