Positives: saved searches (esp custom area), map integration is quite smooth, design is convenient for the mobile. Negatives: when location sharing is disabled, the app asks for the current location on every invocation (annoying); some filter options are wrong or confusing, for example the search for "2+ bedrooms" still lists 1 bedroom + den places, no option to explicitly state parking option, e.g. garage, etc (it can only be specified as a keyword, but that provides unreliable results)

It used to be fun and interesting to get on this app and explore possibilities. It was easy to use and worked so well. Now it is a hassle. It's complicated to the point of needing to be explained. But there's obviosly nobody to ask. I really loved this service and now it's ruined. Obviously they got paid off to be ruined like Kijiji. I don't know why. I just know I never look at it anymore and I feel stuck where I live now because of it.
