PROPERTYMATE allows subscribed users to easily document and maintain records of their inspections and completed due diligence. When signing up, users will provide the pertinent information to each of their locations. Users can then open the mobile app and perform their onsite inspection. The user’s inspection screen allows photographing of pertinent areas. Photographs, description, temperature, time, date and other various prompted questions are then collected.
Once information is collected on site, it is stored securely in a cloud database that allows easy retrieval for review days, weeks, months or years later.
