This is the Doctor app in remo.cardia remote patient vitals monitoring ecosystem. The ecosystem consists of
• FDA cleared wearable reusable biosensor patch (medical device)
• remo.cardia app (Patient App)
• remo.cardia Doctor app (this App)
• CE approved AI algorithm for detecting 18 cardiac conditions
This app is used by doctors for monitoring patients who are using remo.cardia app and its services through our partner hospitals. The app collects vitals from patients and displays it real-time to doctor. In addition, remo.cardia performs 24/7 analysis of patient ECG and alerts the doctor in this Doctor App, on any patient eventualities.
The vitals collected and derived by remo.cardia app includes
• ECG
• Heart Rate
• Respiratory Rate
• Heart Rate Variability
• Sleep
• Step Count
The arrhythmias analyzed by Artificial Intelligence algorithm are –
Sinus Node:
• Third Degree Sinoatrial Block
• Normal Sinus Rhythm
• Sinus Bradycardia
• Sinus Tachycardia
• Sinus Arrest Pause
Atrial:
• Premature Atrial Contractions
• Atrial Tachycardia
• Atrial Flutter
• Atrial Fibrillation
Ventricular
• Premature Atrial Contractions
• Ventricular Escape Beats
• Fusion of Ventricular and Normal Beats
• Ventricular Bigeminy and Trigemini
• Ventricular Short & Long Runs
• Idioventricular Rhythm
• Ventricular Tachycardia
• Ventricular Flutter
• Ventricular Fibrillation
The app also alerts the doctor on symptoms, notes and call for emergency attention, initiated by patients.
The app takes remote monitoring one step further by collecting details such as BMI, medical conditions, family medical history, medications, and lab reports. The data is used to assist doctors in faster diagnosis which makes the evaluation tailored for each patient. This provides the doctor and nurses with a 360-degree view of patient history and records available at their fingertips.
Note: This is a companion app and works along with remo.cardia app (patient). For this App to function, 1) the healthcare organization that the doctor is associated with, should have purchased remo.cardia multi-vitals kit and subscribed to remote monitoring services, 2) One or multiple patient(s) should be using the remo.cardia (Patient App), mapped to you as a doctor and be connected to remo.cardia multi-vital monitoring wearable device.
