The App foresees that those in charge of commercial establishments can make use of this virtual button in two scenarios: in the event of a robbery or in those cases in which no crime has been committed but a potential problem is detected, such as the presence of a person who may be suspicious. In the event that the emergency that occurs in commerce is not directly related to public safety, but to a medical emergency or a fire, the App will also direct the user to call 112.
