The Revect community emerged with the desire to connect deeply with our students and, in the light of science, clarify the myths and truths that surround physical training.

We believe that our role goes beyond prescribing the training protocol. It is also necessary that students understand the foundation of what is prescribed to them, only then will high adherence be achieved.

So, for us to learn together, the Revect community was born. A group in which we exchange experiences, share difficulties and find grounded information about the fitness environment.
