And of course to the CRM system which is BUILTIN within the Reflection

The first screen shows the authority logo and SLOGON below the logo
These buttons can be configured as needed by the authority
The red button dials directly to an emergency phone set by the authority
The resident can make a direct call from his phone anonymously or after registering and identifying for the first time
Clicking on the "Create a Call" button opens a screen of main topics that can be a referral topic, the subject you choose is linked to the treating department and as soon as the referral is received the system begins to roll the referral to the relevant department for further treatment.
After selecting the topic, you enter the contact details screen, the name of the contact will appear automatically if it has already been identified before and also the address
All you need to enter a reference description, you can specify a location on a map and attach up to 3 pictures
Once the system sends a tracking number, if the applicant is identified then can track any leads he has made and keep up to date with their status.
The system also knows how to send PUSH messages to anyone who has the deflection or to some residents according to certain cuts.
Role holders can also use the reflex to handle missions and reports from the field.
