CDMS - Telemonitorizare

This is the application for using the CDMS platform (www.inscc.ro/cdms) together with the Mintti Vision telemonitoring device. The application allows the synchronization of the health parameters taken with the help of the telemonitoring device with the user data from the web platform of the care provider to which the user is rounded up.
The application is only useful to the clients of a home care service provider who uses the CDMS platform components.
