Topography for troops is an application built and designed for the instruction of military personnel, however, it can be used as a tool by anyone who has an interest in learning, applying and evaluating subjects related to topography, providing basic information for the manipulation of the chart and compass.
The contents of the application are based on the "Basic Combat Skills" that are provided by the Chilean Army for the Land Force.
This application is based on three fundamental modules; learn module, apply module and evaluate module (self-assessment). It does not replace the execution of exercises in the field, but helps in how to obtain the appropriate and pertinent information, through educational videos.
