As we know that you are of good CEPA, we offer you an application created to facilitate the control of the use of the available days of vacations and particular matters available to the staff at the service of the General State Administration and its public bodies based on the Resolution February 28, 2019 (“BOE” of March 1).
For this, the work calendar of each year is taken into account according to national, regional and local holidays, as well as the personal circumstances of each employee, depending on the age and date of entry into the Administration.
The App calculates the assigned days and allows you to mark them in different colors to plan and effectively manage their use, showing the existing balance in real time.
It facilitates, at the same time, to be able to keep track of the working days, taking into account the duration of the day and the time actually worked.
On both aspects, days and hours, a monthly summary is offered, and also provides information regarding the increase in the days allocated in the future in application of the aforementioned regulations, as well as the time remaining until retirement.
