His beginnings in the construction sector were as a masonry assistant, then as a master mason, plumber, plumber, until he became a Civil Engineer. He is married to Jhoanna del Pilar, father of three children: Jhon César, Matias Alejandro and Isaac Jhair.

He has been invited to participate in important housing construction projects in Bahía de Caraquez, Chone, Babahoyo, Vinces, Orellana and Sucumbíos.
In 2006 he arrives in the Amazon, where he develops important road and construction projects, where he decides to settle in the city of Lago Agrio, to date.
In 2010, he began his activities in the public sector, leading important processes, such as the design of the Nueva Loja Potable Water plant, as Director of the Municipality, for more than 4 years.
In 2017, he was incorporated into the professional staff of the MIDUVI Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, as Provincial Director, where the construction of approximately 300 homes was managed.
He currently develops his professional activities, articulated with social action in favor of the community of Sucumbíos.
