The Breeze app is a new type of breathing training that can help you deal with stress better. The special thing about the Breeze app is that you generate wind with your exhalation and thus accelerate a sailing boat. If you do this particularly well, i.e. if you breathe in and out slowly, you will travel particularly far. The app is currently still being developed by a team from ETH Zurich, a university in Switzerland. With your feedback you can actively help shape the further development of the app.
