The MobileCoach is an interactive coaching app that gives you tips on all aspects of health and alcohol.
Based on your information in a short survey, you will first receive feedback on your current alcohol consumption. You will then receive tailored information on the topics of alcohol, health and social skills for a period of 10 weeks. These can help you to better assess your alcohol consumption and show you options for a sensitive use of alcohol, regardless of whether you drink a lot, little or no alcohol. The app also gives you access to further information about alcohol and health.
The offer is aimed at young people aged 15 and over.
The program is carried out by the Swiss Institute for Addiction and Health Research and implemented technically by Pathmate Technologies.
