- The contacts allow access to the addresses and contact persons from the IVIS or the data collected by you in the app. The most important partners can be marked as favorites and are available for quick access. In the address view you will see the contacts of the address and the activities. Combined with the data reconciliation, the field service employee is always promptly informed about all activities with the address and contact person. The quick access bar is also available in this view.
