Chec Mobile is an exclusive application for CHEC workers, if you are a worker you can:
- Payroll: In this service, employees can enter and check their payment vouchers, labor certificates and income and withholding certificates.
- Permits: In this service employees can request different types of permits, check vacations, etc.
- Communication Messages: In this service employees can view and view the detail of the last 5 messages, news, events, notifications, etc. which are sent by the communications staff from the web part of the application; Push notification is enabled for this service.
- Bus Route Map: In this service employees can view all the relevant information of the 11 CHEC bus routes (routes, routes, whereabouts).
- Register / Report Non-Use of PPE: In this service, employees can register through news, photos and audios any news or report of the proper non-use of personal protection elements; This registration will be notified by email to the person responsible for CHEC for the attention of this service.
- Energy Fraud Report: In this service, employees can record any news or energy fraud report through videos, photos and audios; This registration will be notified by email to the person responsible for CHEC for the attention of this service.
- Ask Ambiental S.G.P: In this service, employees can enter the “Ask Environmental Partner” application that is available in my blog.
- Frequently Asked Questions about the Approach Services: In this service, employees can interact with a “Chatbot” to consult the respective questions and their answers to everything related to the “Approach” campaign.
- Real Estate Management: In this service, employees can record any news, report, damage or failure of building maintenance through videos, photos and audios; This registration will be notified by email to the person responsible for CHEC for the attention of this service.
- Surplus Sales Warehouse: In this service employees can view or download a .pdf file with all the elements or assets that the company has available for sale.
- Approvals: In this services CHEC bosses can enter to approve all pending permits generated by the process application or from the APP, this service will only be enabled for bosses when they enter the mobile APP.
