How to earn ONPoints

The program's ONPoints will be accumulated based on completed missions, such as advance payment, on-time payment, among other specific actions previously established.

ONPoints redemption

To exchange ONPoints in the program for products or discounts, the participant must reach the minimum number of ONPoints required;

No changes will be allowed after the redemption request is made;

The participant must provide their CPF and present an identification document, bearing the voucher number that was generated when redeeming the prize;

The ONPoints used for redemption will be automatically debited in the system.

Validity of ONPoints

Accumulated ONPoints will be valid for 24 months.
