The technological solution consists of a mobile application, where anyone can access it from the Google Play Store, at this point it is important to highlight that the system generates alphanumeric codes that only the person responsible for the event knows and can send to people who they will participate in the meetings; the same will happen with the confirmation of the attendance to the meetings. For registered and accepted users, a confirmation code will be sent to attend academic meetings organized by the person in charge. The application has a modern graphical interface which makes it easy to navigate and use it. Two Responsible and Participating roles interact in the system.

For the role of manager, the application allows creating and configuring the events that will take place within academic activities; It will also manage the meetings that will take place within the framework of the events created. Likewise, you can accept or not the people who register as participants in an event, as well as know first-hand who confirmed attendance at the meetings, in order to plan and organize according to the people who confirm attendance.

For the Participant role, the user can register for an event as long as the person responsible for the event has sent the code. Later if you want to participate in any of the scheduled meetings, with a special code you can Confirm attendance.
