ENCAMINO is an application designed to make life easier for the members of the cargo transportation logistics process.
We integrate third parties, transport agencies and load generators.
The third parties registered in ENCAMINO are reliable and safe so that agencies and load generators can transport their cargo without inconvenience.
We also integrate with satellite service providers, in this way agencies and generators will be aware in real time about where their cargo is.
Additionally, we are integrated with the manifest generating Software, facilitating the entire process from obtaining the third party to downloading the product at the end point:
The process is the following:
1. The freight forwarder receives a request
2. Request the driver for ENCAMINO
3. ENCAMINO finds a third party and sends the documentation to the agency for the security process and sends the third party's data to the software for the completion of the cargo manifest.
4. The agency generates the manifest and starts the trip
5. Instantly a trip is created in the ENCAMINO APP which the Agency and Generator members will be able to track in real time.
6. ENCAMINO will send information about the location of the vehicle every 2 hours and will tell the Agency and Generator when it is loading and when it is unloading.
