App won't recognize me as a VIP. I miss the old Grove. Ever since they sold out, it has gone completely downhill. Celebrities like Jeremiah Brent and Drew Barrymore had collabs with them for a hot minute and also booked. I have a feeling this is no longer the company we all thought it was. They just took my money in Nov for VIP but I can't use it. Starting to feel very scammish, which is really unfortunate. I'll try to get my VIP status fixed or refunded and then it will be the last time.

I became a Grove customer 5 years ago because I was looking for an easy way to use more sustainable products in my home. However, I just cancelled my VIP membership because the new platform they implemented several months ago has made it incredibly challenging to manage orders due to excessive load times, frequent app crashes, losing saved billing methods, endless broken links, and an increase in out of stock items. I'll happily resubscribe if they can address these issues.
