great game but only 20 levels. boss level 21 can't be unlocked. developer non-responsive

Fun time waster. I had to figure out what the various components did on my own. No guide. Does involve some strategy. The game references levels beyond 20 but I can get past level 20 despite beating it over 30 times now. No response from the developer.
