Healthy Reminder is a free time keeping application with more powerful scheduling functions than a built-in alarm.
It allows to schedule reminders for workdays/weekend between to set up hours with the given frequency.
So if you need to do something daily every hour from 9am to 5pm, then just set it and that's it! The app will not wake you at night. It won't "forget" to restart notifying you the next day either!
