This app will be available for general information consultation of the 28th General Assembly of Fecoomeva Delegates.
The administration of FECOOMEVA will be exercised by the General Assembly of Delegates, the Board of Directors and the General Manager.
The General Assembly is the maximum administrative body of FECOOMEVA and its decisions are binding on all members provided they have been adopted in accordance with legal, statutory and regulatory standards. It will be integrated by the Skilled Delegates summoned for the effect.
Skilled delegates are those registered in the social registry who, on the date of the call, have not suspended their rights, are up-to-date in fulfilling their obligations with FECOOMEVA and accredit training in Solidarity Economy of at least 100 hours, duly certified.
The number of Delegates will be thirty (30), with their corresponding personal substitutes, elected for a period of three (3) years.
The General Assemblies will be Ordinary and Extraordinary. The former will meet once a year, within three (3) months after the end of the fiscal year, for the fulfillment of their regular functions. The second, when necessary to deal with unforeseen or urgent matters that can not be postponed until the next Ordinary General Assembly; in them only the matters for which they were summoned and those that strictly derive from them can be dealt with.
