Excellent app, very helpful and relaxing!

I love this app. Always helps me while I'm panicking. I recommend opening the app as soon as you start to feel a panic attack coming. Love that there's multiple helpful techniques that you can choose from. There's also no ads. The only thing I dislike is that you have to pay for a lot of exercises and lessons.
